IRA2000 joins forces with the Midland Board of REALTORS(r)

Commercial Software, Inc. is proud to announce that the Midland Board of REALTORS(r) has selected Internet Realty Application
2000 to replace their current MLS system at the end of their present contract. The staff of CSI has been working hand-in-hand with
the Midland Board to expand IRA2000 to meet their needs and also the needs of its members. This service will eventually include
functionality with both the Agent2000 and Top Producer programs. The IRA2000 service offers a centralized site containing the most
up-to-date real estate information in the area. The addition of the Midland Board of REALTORS(r) will hopefully spark the interest of
other Boards in the State of Michigan, making IRA2000 a complete source for Michigan Real Estate. CSI is anxious to keep IRA2000
ahead of the ever-changing Real Estate business by providing a service for REALTORS(r), local Boards, and the customer. For more

IRA2000 is a success at the MAR Convention
October 26th - 27th 1998
Commercial Software, Inc. took its product, Internet Realty Application 2000 to the Michigan Association of REALTORS(r) convention in
Traverse City, Michigan on Oct 26th & 27th, 1998. One of the main topics of discussion at this year's convention was the future of Real
Estate on the Internet. The CSI staff demonstrated the many features of IRA2000 to the hundreds of REALTORS(r) that were present
at the convention. We had a great time in Traverse City and look forward to working with many of the people we met while at the
convention. There is a big demand for the business we are in and we hope to prove by example, that IRA2000 is the service of choice
by PUTTING YOU IN CONTROL!
Commercial Software, Inc. continues to grow!

Commercial Software, Inc. is expanding. It has caught on. "WE MAKE THE INTERNET EASY!" CSI is growing so rapidly we
have found the need to expand. CSI plans to add to our staff with new designers, programmers and customer service representatives
to better serve our clients. We will also be expanding our working environment by adding an extra room large enough to hold in-house demonstrations and seminars featuring our products. The added space and staff will allow CSI to continue to grow and offer the
quality service we are known.

This campaign includes placing billboards with the web sites addresses on well traveled roads such as M-47 and State Street in
Saginaw. These three community web sites are designed for everyone. They include links on weather, community calendar, real
estate information, automobiles and classified ads. CSI encourages you to check out these three web sites and see what they offer for
